gardens in a quiet rural setting, located 5 miles north-east
of the historic cathedral city of Norwich.
- Five comfortably furnished bedrooms. Choice of staying in
the house or our cottage located in the grounds. All rooms have
private or en-suite bathrooms, colour television and a hospitality
tray. Ample parking is provided for all guests.
- Choose a full English Breakfast from our varied menu, freshly cooked to order from local produce or select a vegetarian option. All are served in the dining room overlooking
the garden.
- Evening meals are available at an old world public house just
200 metres away, offering excellent pub food, good variety of
choice and very reasonably priced.
- Separate comfortable TV guest lounge provided for your enjoyment.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but is permitted outside
in the garden or patio area.
- Norwich offers restaurants, cinemas, parks and excellent city
centre shopping, with the new Chapelfield Shopping Mall &
the well established Castle Mall. The city boasts many medieval
buildings which include a Norman Castle & Keep, which is
now a museum.
- Championship golf course, driving range & leisure facilities available
1 mile away, 30 minutes drive to the Norfolk coastline.
- Wroxham, the heart of Broadland, just 1½ miles down
the road, where you can access the Norfolk Broads and arrange
a boat for the day.
- Visitors to Norfolk can enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching, boat trips and sightseeing picturesque villages decorated with attractive signs and thatched cottages or just relaxing on a beach!

How To Find Us
- From A11 / A47 / A140 follow Signs
for "Gt. Yarmouth" & "The Broads" until you see 2 radio masts at which you
turn left signposted "Gt & Lt Plumstead" & "Witton
Green".
- Follow the road and take the 2nd right
turn after Great Plumstead village shop into "Hare Road".
- Keep going straight over the next crossroads and continue straight over the railway line and the mini roundabout until you reach a T-junction.
- Turn right onto the A1151 then take the 2nd road on
the left into "Back Lane" and the 2nd driveway on the right is Manor Barn House.
